Terms of Service

Last updated: July 12, 2026

FindAds (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the FindAds platform (the “Service”), which helps advertisers and creators find each other, evaluate collaboration opportunities, and enter into advertising arrangements.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service. By registering, accessing, or using FindAds, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

1. General Provisions

These Terms regulate the relationship between FindAds and any individual or entity using the Service (the “User”).

By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

2. Description of the Service

FindAds is an online platform intended to facilitate interaction between:

The Service may provide the following functionality:

FindAds acts as a technical intermediary platform and provides infrastructure for user interaction.

At the beta stage, certain transaction-related processes may be accompanied manually by the platform team while FindAds continues to develop a more automated transaction workflow.

3. Registration and Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, a User may be required to create an account.

The User agrees to:

The User is responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.

FindAds reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or delete an account if these Terms are violated or if fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is suspected.

4. YouTube Integration

FindAds may use YouTube API Services and related Google APIs to retrieve authorized analytics and account data when a User connects their YouTube account.

By connecting a YouTube account, the User authorizes FindAds to access and process the permitted data in accordance with the User’s consent, our Privacy Policy, and applicable Google API terms.

By using the YouTube-related features of the Service, the User agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google’s handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

FindAds does not publish private YouTube data without authorization and does not modify, upload, or delete YouTube content on behalf of the User unless explicitly permitted by future functionality and separately disclosed.

5. User Interactions and Collaborations

Advertisers and creators may use the Service to identify potential collaborations and enter into advertising arrangements.

Users are solely responsible for the content, terms, legality, performance, and results of their collaborations, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

FindAds is not the creator, advertiser, agency, employer, or contractual party to agreements concluded directly between Users, unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

6. Payments and Transaction Handling

Current model (beta). At this stage FindAds does not hold, process, or guarantee funds. Payments for collaborations are settled directly between the advertiser and the creator using a method they agree upon, outside of any on-platform holding mechanism. FindAds provides discovery, communication, offer management, and coordination tools, but is not a party to the payment itself and does not act as a payment agent or escrow provider.

Because FindAds does not currently hold funds, it does not guarantee refunds and cannot unilaterally return or release money between the parties. Each party is solely responsible for verifying the other side and agreeing on payment terms before transferring any money.

Planned functionality. FindAds plans to introduce, at a later stage, an on-platform transaction model with temporary holding of funds (escrow-style), release upon confirmed performance, and platform-assisted refunds. When such functionality becomes available, it will be governed by additional payment rules published by FindAds and reflected in an updated version of these Terms. No specific rollout date is guaranteed.

Any future payment-related functionality is subject to the availability of supported payment methods, the legal status of the platform operator, internal review procedures, technical limitations, and applicable law.

FindAds may introduce separate payment rules, refund rules, dispute procedures, or transaction policies that will supplement these Terms once on-platform payments become available.

7. Disputes Between Users

If a dispute arises between an advertiser and a creator, either party may contact FindAds support and provide relevant information, including screenshots, links, campaign requirements, proof of publication, timing details, and other supporting materials.

At the current beta stage, because FindAds does not hold funds, its role in a dispute is limited to reviewing the provided evidence and offering a non-binding assessment or mediation. FindAds cannot force the return or release of money that it does not hold; any settlement is carried out directly between the parties.

Once on-platform holding of funds becomes available, FindAds may additionally, at its discretion, request additional evidence, temporarily pause release of held funds, release them to the creator, return them to the advertiser, or decide on a partial distribution — under the platform’s dispute rules and the available evidence.

Any such assessment or decision will be based on the information available to FindAds at the time of review. Users agree to cooperate reasonably, provide truthful information, and submit requested materials during dispute resolution.

8. Reviews and User Content

Users may post reviews, ratings, profile information, and other content through the Service.

The User must not post or transmit content that:

FindAds reserves the right to remove content, restrict visibility, or suspend accounts if content violates these Terms or creates legal, security, or reputational risks.

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, the User agrees not to:

10. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service, including its software, design, branding, interface, and platform content created by FindAds, are owned by or licensed to FindAds and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant the User any ownership rights in the Service, except for the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindAds does not guarantee:

FindAds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of the Service, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Suspension and Termination

FindAds may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without prior notice, if a User:

A User may stop using the Service at any time. Additional steps may be required to delete an account and associated data, as described in the Privacy Policy or support instructions.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the platform operator, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
