Terms of Service

FindAds (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the FindAds platform (the “Service”), which helps advertisers and creators find each other, evaluate collaboration opportunities, and enter into advertising arrangements.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service. By registering, accessing, or using FindAds, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

1. General Provisions

These Terms regulate the relationship between FindAds and any individual or entity using the Service (the “User”).

By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

2. Description of the Service

FindAds is an online platform intended to facilitate interaction between:

• advertisers seeking promotional services, and
• creators and bloggers willing to publish advertising content.

The Service may provide the following functionality:

• user registration and account management
• creator and channel profiles
• search and discovery tools for advertisers
• communication and collaboration tools
• reviews and feedback
• YouTube-related analytics features
• technical support for transaction workflows

FindAds acts as a technical intermediary platform and provides infrastructure for user interaction.

3. Registration and Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, a User may be required to create an account.

The User agrees to:

• provide accurate and complete information
• keep account information up to date
• maintain the confidentiality of login credentials

The User is responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.

FindAds reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or delete an account if these Terms are violated or if fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is suspected.

4. YouTube Integration

FindAds may use YouTube API Services and related Google APIs to retrieve authorized analytics and account data when a User connects their YouTube account.

By connecting a YouTube account, the User authorizes FindAds to access and process the permitted data in accordance with the User’s consent, our Privacy Policy, and applicable Google API terms.

FindAds does not publish private YouTube data without authorization and does not modify, upload, or delete YouTube content on behalf of the User unless explicitly permitted by future functionality and separately disclosed.

5. User Interactions and Collaborations

Advertisers and creators may use the Service to identify potential collaborations and enter into advertising arrangements.

Users are solely responsible for the content, terms, legality, performance, and results of their collaborations, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

FindAds is not the creator, advertiser, agency, employer, or contractual party to agreements concluded directly between Users, unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

6. Payments and Transaction Handling

FindAds may provide technical functionality related to payment processing, transaction coordination, or temporary holding workflows in connection with creator-advertiser collaborations.

Where such functionality is available:

1. the advertiser may transfer funds in connection with a collaboration order;
2. the funds may be held pending confirmation of performance or dispute resolution;
3. if the creator fulfills the agreed obligations, the applicable amount may be released to the creator;
4. if the creator does not fulfill the agreed obligations, the funds may be returned to the advertiser in whole or in part.

Any payment-related functionality is subject to the availability of supported payment methods, internal review procedures, technical limitations, and applicable law.

7. Disputes Between Users

If a dispute arises between an advertiser and a creator, either party may contact FindAds support and provide relevant information, including screenshots, links, campaign requirements, proof of publication, timing details, and other supporting materials.

FindAds may, at its discretion:

• request additional evidence from one or both parties
• temporarily pause release of funds while the matter is reviewed
• decide to release funds to the creator
• decide to return funds to the advertiser
• decide to split funds partially where appropriate under the platform’s dispute rules

Any such decision will be based on the information available to FindAds at the time of review. Users agree to cooperate reasonably and provide truthful information during dispute resolution.

8. Reviews and User Content

Users may post reviews, ratings, profile information, and other content through the Service.

The User must not post or transmit content that:

• is false, misleading, or defamatory
• is abusive, hateful, or threatening
• violates intellectual property or privacy rights
• contains unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive material
• constitutes spam or unauthorized advertising

FindAds reserves the right to remove content, restrict visibility, or suspend accounts if content violates these Terms or creates legal, security, or reputational risks.

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, the User agrees not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes
• impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation
• attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• interfere with the normal operation of the platform
• use automated means to scrape or extract data without permission
• circumvent payment, moderation, or dispute systems implemented by FindAds

10. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service, including its software, design, branding, interface, and platform content created by FindAds, are owned by or licensed to FindAds and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant the User any ownership rights in the Service, except for the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindAds does not guarantee:

• continuous or error-free operation of the Service
• that collaborations will result in any commercial outcome
• that user-generated content is accurate or reliable
• that any advertiser or creator will fulfill their obligations

FindAds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of the Service, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Suspension and Termination

FindAds may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without prior notice, if a User:

• violates these Terms
• engages in fraud or abusive conduct
• creates legal or security risks for the Service or other users
• uses the Service in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose

A User may stop using the Service at any time. Additional steps may be required to delete an account and associated data, as described in the Privacy Policy or support instructions.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the platform operator, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
